Refundable Deposit

In order to reserve the space required to hold the event organized by you in the auditorium and reserve that date for you, I would like to inform you that if there are any reports that there is any damage to the items in the auditorium during the event, this refundable deposit will be used to cover it.

  • The refund deposit must be paid to our organization two weeks prior to the event and the receipt received (this receipt is required for returning the refund deposit).
  • Your deposit will be released from our company two days after the event that you organize.
  • In order to release your deposit from the institution, you have applied for it in a letter and once the letter is approved by the management, the deposit amount will be released from the finance department. The original copy of the receipt must be given to our institution along with your letter. A copy of it will be given back to you. (Address the Auditorium Manager for the release of the refund deposit and process the letter)
  • We will give you a phone call from the establishment that the refund deposit has been released and you can collect it from our institute.

Auditorium Reservations and Use

  • Full payment must be made two days before the event and a receipt must be obtained.
  • If you use the auditorium beyond the stipulated period, you will have to pay the additional fee as approved by the management.
  • No damage should be done to any property of the Auditorium or our institution and any damage will be certified and charged against the refundable deposit.
  • Please note that all waste should be disposed of in the appropriate bins & containers.
  • It is strictly prohibited to bring food inside the auditorium. If you want to get or deliver food, you should use the refreshment area. Please note that the refreshment area must be booked in advance.
  • To reserve the auditorium for rehearsals, select the package that suits you from the packages we provide and reserve a date by paying the relevant amount 3 days in advance.
  • In addition to the equipment of our institution, if external services bring sound management machines, lighting equipment and other electronic equipment into the auditorium, the approval of the management should be obtained.
  • If your pre-booked dates and times change, you must inform the management in writing 7 days prior to the date of the event and the next date will be determined based on the availability of the organization. The amount paid will not be refunded and if any request is submitted in writing, it will be considered according to the decision of the management.

Rehearsals Reservation

Rehearsals are permitted only on weekdays. The date for the rehearsals will be scheduled based on the non-availability of the main auditorium for events. However, please note that the Convention Center has the authorization to change the rehearsal dates if the main auditorium is used for main events. In addition to this, a fee of 45,000 will be charged for the usage of AC facilities during rehearsals. Furthermore, if you require a sound engineer’s service for the rest of the package, an additional payment must be made.
