Global Mindfulness Summit 2024

The Global Mindfulness Summit 2024, jointly organised by the Ministry of Education and the Sati School Foundation, was held at the Nagananda International Institute of Buddhist Studies, with Minister of Education, Dr. Susil Premajayantha, as Chief Guest.

On this occasion, the Maha Sangha was led by the Founder of Sati Pasala Foundation, Ven. Uda-iriyagama Dhammajeewa Nayake Thera, and Ven. Akuratiye Nanda Nayake Thera, other religious leaders, Defence Secretary, General Kamal Gunaratne, Navy Commander, Vice Admiral Priyantha Perera, IGP Deshabandu Tennakoon, Global Mindfulness Summit Chairman Ranjan Walpola, as well as officials from the Ministry of Education also joined this event.
